After calling and emailing for a week solid, no response.
Servers may be black listed as I repeatedly had mail bounce d back from multiple ISP s.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We signed up only a couple of days ago.
One of the main reasons we chose them, was because on their website they state to offer 24/7/365 live telephone support. ALL BULLSH.T!!!
We called dozens of times (various times of the day) always with the same result, a voicemail.. (we still not been able to speak to a single person at DTS-NET)
They have a ticket system, bot h in the 4 days, nobody bot hers looking at it.
We have written to all of the companies listed (on their website) email addresses. Half of these addresses are all fake.
This is a one man shop hiding behind a hotmail account.
We have cancelled our account immediately and have requested full refund and are still waiting...

Before you decide to do anything with them, try to call them first a couple of times and if you manage to go passed the voicemail (which we didn't manage to) ask to speak to different people technical, support, billing, management,....good luck

!!!!!SO AVOID DTS-NET BY ALL MEANS!!!!!! if you don't want to go through the same pain

I have been using EconoISP at http ://www.econoisp.com and it is really a great service! The best part is its only $7.40 a month. They also have Hi-Speed, which is what I have for only $10.30 a month. I havent had any problems at all. Its very simple and you dont need any "software" for it to work. I really do recommend this to everyone.

Value and speed is good, but the rotten customer service makes this service a poor choice. Neither myself nor my wife can receive mail from our DTS accounts. We have called and called and they assure us it will be taken care of, but it never is. We do not hear back from them on wht if anything they have done. I am changing ISP s.

I have been a customer now for 3 years and have not have any problems with DTS-NET they have a great service and a great price I found there link on this site and read the last review and contacted them about it and ask them they told me the customer was using the domain as a spam site and they contacted the customer about it and customer gave them problems and tried takeing there server s off line with adware and spyware which went agains there terms of service

I would not use DTS-NET for their ISP services because this same company has done so poorly for me as a webhost.

I rate all of DTS-NET webhosting plans as poor. They guarantee a 24/7/365 up-time to their webhosting client s, yet my site s were down literally 50% of the time for over a two-month period. They are not reachable by phone (you go straight to voicemail that is never returned), email (all their email addresses bounce back with errors), Fax (their fax line says it is not properly configured), and they do not list a US Mail address anywhere on their website. Two months after first reporting the problem, they finally replied to my most recent emails (I guess they figured out they had a problem), but merely stated that is just the way it is. They also stole my domain name s by registering them in their own names and with their own information (specifically their bouncing email address), which means that I could not move these domains to another host provider.

I would highly recommend steering clear of DTS-NET.com.
