I just moved out on my own. The ISP that I had at the previous address was the same (AT&T Yahoo DSL), only the basic. I have the express package and have noticed a big difference in the uploading and downloading speeds. If you're going to go with AT&T Yahoo DSL, I would consider paying a few extra dollars a month and getting a better then basic package. It's definitely worth it!
