Very poor quality customer service reg. porting of the

I singed for cable's optimum voice service 2 weeks ago. I aksed them to port my phone number to the optimum voice.One poor technician who doesn't know what he is doing came after 2 hr late and spend whole day to change the phone number to optimum voice. finally we got dialed tone at the end of the day. But next day, i found that i am not getting any incoming calls. i called optimum voice customer service and reported this issue. they verified the issue and they said they will work on it. Since 8 days, they are not giving any update on the issue. They keep on saying that they escalated the issue and somebody is working on it.If call the service, no supervisor will talk to you reg. this and all customer reps spend 1/2 to review your case and finally they said this case has been escalated. That's all. No clue what's happening to my phone number. i can't switch to any other comapny also. It's so annoying. i don't know what to do now. i am stuck with this stupid deal.

I chose the Voice plan just to get the international feature.
They capped it at 500 minutes.
If you go beyond that it is a terrible mistake.
It happened to me three times.
The reps will ask you for your password. I sent email inquiring about their password asking policy and they said it is OK to give them your password!
Usually, it takes 5 business days, lots of phone calls to customer service, many broken promises, and clueless representatives.

My advice, DO NOT go over the minutes.
If you do, be prepared to be out of service for a week, and to spend plenty of time on the phone chasing your
